Pumpkin Adjectives and Measurement
Students created their own pumpkin and then used adjectives to describe it. They got to feel, touch, and taste a pumpkin. Students also practiced measuring in inches. They measured the height, width, circumference, and weight of a variety of pumpkins. Thank you parents for donating the pumpkins.
Halloween Measurement
Students practiced estimating and measuring several spooky items with their inch ruler. They then "stretched" their items and measure them again.
